Setting the foundation for our work together, we’ll begin with a handful of 1:1 sessions to help you develop a thorough understanding of yourself, your gifts and how to work with your shadows.

Once you’ve been through The Framework and created a real understanding of yourself, we’ll move into deep work over the course of 12 months. As clarity is revealed, life will begin to unravel in some areas and we will be right there to help you design a more fulfilling and liberating way of being. During this time, we’ll focus on a variety of areas that may include: career, education, finance, purpose, relationships, love, mind body spirit, and home. Our work together will ultimately develop into an integrated plan that shows you how to be open and in your full power in our world.
